Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped
Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible

For approved cases, we offer:

✅ Full Refund — credited to original payment method Customer's choice!

Shipping charges non-refundable (unless error was ours)
Missing items → partial refund for missing items only
