Shipping policy

At OrganicSeedsHub, we ship planting seeds and selected gardening products to customers in the United States. This policy explains our dispatch location, processing times, delivery estimates, shipping costs and tracking.
1. Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States only.
2. Where Orders Ship From
All orders are shipped internationally from our fulfillment partners in China directly to your address in the United States.
3. Handling Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days.
Our order cutoff time is 5:00 PM India Standard Time (IST, GMT+5:30). Orders placed after this time begin processing on the next business day.
Our handling days are Monday to Saturday, excluding applicable public holidays.
4. Delivery Time
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 14–18 business days.
Most orders arrive within 16–22 business days of the order date, including processing and shipping. Our handling and transit schedules run Monday to Saturday, excluding applicable public holidays.
Delivery times are estimates. Delays can occasionally occur during peak seasons, customs checks or carrier disruptions.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on all orders to the United States. No minimum order value is required.
6. Customs and Import Duties
Our prices include any applicable import duties and customs fees. You will not be charged additional import duties or customs fees on delivery.
7. Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped through China Post or our partner carriers. Carrier and tracking details will be provided after dispatch.
8. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a tracking number. You can follow your package through our Track Your Orders page.
If you need help with tracking, email us with your order number.
9. Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 35 calendar days of the order date, please email info@organicseedshub.com with your order number.
We will check your tracking information and provide an update. If your parcel is confirmed lost, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.
