1. What Products Can Be Returned

We accept returns only for new, unopened products. Final sale items cannot be returned.

2. Return Time frame

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

3. Item Condition Requirements

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and include all original tags and accessories.

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at info@organicseedshub.com with your order number. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions. Please include your receipt or order confirmation, and package the items securely

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

7. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive your return. They’re issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
