• ✅ Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
• ⏳ Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
• 📩 To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Due to the nature of our products, planting seeds are non-returnable once delivered.

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.

• 🚚 Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.
